Beet, Apple and Mint Juice

For the perfect start to the morning, make yourself a juice to go with your Flat Tummy Tea!

Ingredients

  • 1 small beet, chopped
  • 5 carrots, chopped
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint sprigs

Directions

  1. Press beet, carrots, apple, and mint sprigs through a juice extractor. Stir and serve!
