4 Iced Tea Recipes You Need To Try

Celebrate National Iced Tea Day! We’ve narrowed down some of our favorite recipes that always seem to quench our thirst. So, pick the one that catches your eye and start trying them now!

Calming Chamomile Peach tea

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

½ cup water
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chamomile tea
1 ripe peach, diced
1 cup ice
1 cup cold water 

Directions

Bring water & honey to a boil. Remove from heat and steep tea for 5 minutes. Strain and cool.
Combine diced peaches with cooled down sweetened chamomile tea in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Fill half a cup with peach puree. Add ice, then fill to top with cold water.

Note: For an extra burst of fruity flavour, add peach slices for serving

Spice up your life with Lemon Ginger Turmeric Iced Tea

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

6 cups of water
½ lemon, chopped
½ tbsp roughly chopped ginger
2 tbsp Metabolism Support Iced Tea
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

Fill a large pot with 6 cups of water. Add in all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow the drink to cool off. Strain into a glass container and cool overnight in the fridge for an iced tea.

Note: May need to be shaken and strained after a day or two in the fridge.

Lighten up with Lavender Iced Tea

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

6 cups of water
6 bags of chamomile
1 tsp lavender

Directions

Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
Add tea bags and lavender and let steep for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags and let cool. Serve over ice.

Note: You can remove or leave lavender in the tea. To remove lavender, simply pour tea through a small strainer.

Feel fresh with Blackberry Mint Iced Tea

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh blackberries
6 leaves fresh mint
2 bags green tea
3 cups hot water 

Directions

Add the fresh blackberries, mint leaves, and green tea bags to a heat safe pitcher.
Pour the hot water into the pitcher, and allow to steep for 15 minutes. Then, remove the tea bags.
Place in the fridge to completely chill for 3-4 hours. Serve over ice.
