Hey everyone, I’m Erica! I’m really excited to be todays Babe of the Day and couldn’t wait to share my tips, recipe and workouts with you! I’m really happy with the results I’ve seen so far with my Flat Tummy Essentials Bundle, and I hope my blog helps you get started (and get back on track)!

My 3 tips to get the best results:

  1. Drink your Shake at the busiest part of your day. For me, I’m always the busiest in the afternoon around lunch time. I drink my Shake then when I’m out and around - it helps so I don’t get fast food!
  2. Mix things in with your Shakes! Use fruit and yogurt (vanilla low-fat of course).
  3. If you do feel a little hungry after you drink your Shake, grab a bottle of water! It’ll help hold you over and feel fuller longer.

I’ve included my favorite Shake recipe for you below!

Shake Recipe:

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 pack Vanilla Pod Shake
  • Blend until smooth
  • Drink!

I exercised and ate healthy because this program really does work - you just need to remember to do your part too. Check out my video above showing my typical workout. I like to incorporate different exercises to target different areas (arms, legs, core). I’ve also included pictures of my results so far!

  • Wow what an amazing journey,congraulation sweetie. Im tryna get there just my motivation and consistency seems to knock me down everytime, I will try and follow your step and see how I do with it. Im tall and skinny but wanna tone and of course get rid of the gut. eating right has always been something wanted to do just afraid to loose so m uch weight when im already little its the upper weight like stomach and a lil back roles I want that gone. any suggestions you may have to help me get to my physical goals feel free to share in my email.
